Canada online gambling data

Official figures for Ontario's regulated iGaming market, Alberta's new market and the online platforms run by provincial lottery corporations.

Canada's provinces run their own gambling markets, so Canadian online gambling data comes from provincial sources: iGaming Ontario for the private Ontario market, and annual reports from lottery corporations such as BCLC, OLG, Atlantic Lottery and Loto-Québec. Each reports on an April to March fiscal year and on its own basis. Alberta opened a regulated private market on 13 July 2026 and had not published figures by late October.

Reading Canadian figures

Ontario's private market and OLG's own platform are reported separately, by different bodies, on different revenue measures. Lottery corporations report online results within their annual reports using their own line items. Our guide to reading revenue reports explains how to compare them fairly.
